Statewide Elections
Maximum contribution for individuals, business entities committees/PACs and small contributor committees is $7,000 per election cycle, and $4,100 per runoff election cycle. State law requires that we collect and report name, address, occupation and employer of individuals and businesses whose contributions exceed $100 in an election cycle. Donations are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.
Non-Statewide Elections
