Contributions are not tax deductible. Texas law limits contributions from individuals to $5,000 per election. A PAC may contribute up to $5,000 per election and a law firm (its PAC, and its affiliated persons) may contribute up to $30,000 in the aggregate per election before additional contribution limits are imposed. The candidate may not accept more than $52,500 in the aggregate from all GPACs. Contributions from corporations and foreign nationals cannot and will not be accepted. State law requires that we use our best efforts to collect and disclose the full name and address, principal occupation or job title, and full name of employer for everyone who has given $100.01 or more in a reporting period, except the full name and address, at a minimum, must be disclosed for contributors making a contribution by credit card regardless of the amount.
