Corporate Donations

ARKMED-PAC is the bipartisan political action committee of the Arkansas Medical Society. Its goal is to support pro-medicine candidates in their efforts to win election to public office, and it does that through direct contributions to pro-medicine candidates seeking election to the Arkansas Legislature, select statewide office and the Arkansas Congressional Delegation.

To donate to ARKMED-PAC on behalf of your organization or if you are paying with a corporate credit card, fill out the information below. A payment receipt will be emailed to you after submission.

Contributions to ARKMED-PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions or business expenses for federal income tax purposes. Each personal contribution will be distributed to assist pro-medicine candidates in both federal elections and state elections in a predetermined percentage. Contributions are not limited to the suggested amounts. AMS will neither favor nor disadvantage anyone based on the amounts or failure to make contributions. Contributions to ARKMED-PAC are subject to both Arkansas and Federal Election Commission rules and regulations.

An income tax credit will be allowed, not to exceed $50 on an individual state tax return or not to exceed $100 on a joint state tax return for contributions made to a candidate seeking nomination or election to a public office, to a small donor action committee, an approved political action committee or an organized political party.
