Maximum contributions for individuals, PACs, and labor organizations is $2,800 per candidate per election. Couples may contribute $5,600 from a joint account. Corporations are prohibited from donating. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited by law. State law requires that the campaign obtain the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals on contributions of $250 or more per election cycle.
