RCPA PAC

The RCPA PAC is a nonprofit, non-partisan, political action committee of the Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA). The PAC was created to preserve quality health care in our state, to help members pursue a stronger advocacy role, and to achieve greater political potency for our provider members. Participation is strictly voluntary.

Pennsylvania Contribution Terms

There is no limit on individual and PAC contributions. Corporations and labor organizations are prohibited from donating. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited by law. State law requires that we collect and report name, address, occupation and employer of contributors. Donations are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.
