RLC Membership Signup All members are authorized delegates at RLC Conventions and receive concurrent membership with the National Caucus, the Texas Charter, and your local chapter if one exist in your area. Membership categories may be granted special recognition, expedited newsletter delivery, advance planning materials, and such other gratuities as the RLC Board may designate.
