By making a donation, you agree:
-I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident / green card holder.
-I make this contribution with my own funds and not the funds of another person.
-I make this contribution with my own credit or debit card and not that of another corporate or business entity or personal card issued to another person.
-I am at least 18 years old.
-I am not a federal government contractor.
Contributions to the Campaign to Elect John Mandt Jr for WV House of Delegates are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. By law, the maximum contribution for an individual is $5600 per election cycle ($2,800 for the Primary + $2,800 for the General).
Federal law requires this campaign to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 per election.
