Arizona Contribution Terms
Maximum contribution for individuals to statewide and legislative candidates is $5,100 per person or $5,100 per couple per election cycle. Maximum contributions for individuals and couples to local candidates is $6,350. PACs may contribute a maximum of $5,100 per each statewide and legislative election and $6,350 for local candidates. Multicandidate PACs may contribute a maximum of $10,200 per each election for statewide and legislative candidates and $12,700 for local candidates. Contributions from corporations, limited liability companies and labor organizations are prohibited. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited by law. Contributions are not tax deductible. State law requires that we collect and report name, address, occupation and employer of contributors.
