Contributions to the Tom Willis for West Virginia federal campaign committee are subject to FECA contribution limits and prohibitions. By law the maximum amount an individual may contribute is $2,700 for the primary and $2,700 for the general election, and multi-candidate federal PACs may contribute a maximum of $5,000 per election. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals, labor unions, federal government contractors, and minors under the age of 18 are prohibited.
Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
